about

This song is a tribute to The Diva Cup, a silicone device used by ladies, and a sustainable alternative to disposable feminine products.

This is an unpaid endorsement by privileged white men, so you may want a second opinion. However, many of the women in David's life have switched to The Diva Cup and are very happy with the product. After a large number of friends from the women's Frisbee team switched over, he felt obliged to write a song that documented the phenomenon. This is all he could come up with.

lyrics

Diva, won’t you see the light
Show me, that you’ll treat me right
Every time I be, you change on me
Every day or two, I love you
Every day or so, I need to know
That you love me, too.

Diva, won’t you see the light
Show me, that you’ll treat me right
Every now and then, I need a friend,
Every time you care, I smile, knowing that you’re there
Every waking hour, I feel your power
In my underwear.

Diva, won’t you see the light
Show me, that you’ll treat me right
Diva
Diva
